Not least of all, the wonderful Jill Statz, worked very hard to make the deal happen, even though the appraisal on the property I was buying caused a significant bump in the road, and she did it on budget, on time. "We worked with Michael Tadros from Gateway Capital Mortgage to get a loan for the purchase of our new home. Michael & his team were wonderful to work with from beginning to end! He was quick to send out our pre approval letters as we went through the offer process and was very responsive when ever we had questions. Michael & his loan officer Nicole Bartlett kept everything moving quickly. When we indicated we wanted to pay our funds to the title company early they made sure to get all their numbers to the title company early so we could finalize our closing statement. They also coordinated the loan closing package with the title company so everything was seamless for our closing. Their prices were fair and what we were told up front.
