James Herron has been in the mortgage lending industry for several years, and has gained a great deal of knowledge and insight when it comes to loan programs. As a mortgage professional, he is known for his credibility, transparency, and reliability. His favorite part of helping homebuyers achieve their goals is simply meeting new people, creating friendships, and building strong connections with individuals in his community.
While James focuses primarily on serving homebuyers and homeowners in Florida. He specializes in FHA, VA, Conventional, Commercial and Hard Money loans – as well as niche, in-house programs.
Outside of work, James enjoys attending his kids’ sporting events, walking his Huskies, and spending time with his family and friends. His best advice for his younger self would be, “Slow down! Enjoy your surroundings and the company you are with. Cherish the small things.”
